FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
It is especially important for Speachless Interiors to make the design process simplified, stress-free and all the while utilizing your budget responsibly.
Our certified Interior Designer can help you achieve the feel & style you've been dreaming of by highlighting the innate characteristics of your space while incorporating function, personality and balance throughout.
The designer collaborates with you on your project, preferably in person. An independent contractor may be required if the designer deems it is necessary. They will be paid separately.
*Each project is priced out individually based on the designer's hourly rate and mileage fees using an educated estimation of time and travel. The designer does not discuss specific product discount amounts with clients. They vary from store to store and some companies do not provide one.
PROCESS OF SERVICE
1. CONNECT
It's simple - Reach out! Or you can fill out the questionnaire below to start the process.
2. MEET & MEASURE
Set up a time to meet with the designer; preferably on site or location to get a feel of the space and it's surroundings.
This is the most important step in the design process - it's really the foundation of the final outcome.
A fee of $185.00 will be requested at this time for the Initial Home Consultation.
3. COSTING & CONTRACTS
The designer will explore options and create a rough design plan.
The Project Costing contract and the Terms of Agreement will be sent over to you. A payment schedule and preliminary timeline will be disclosed to you as well.
Sign offs on all paperwork are required and a deposit will need to be collected to move forward with the project.
4. DESIGN PHASE
The designer showcases the design to the client with a concept board, sampling materials, supplementary textures, colours, inspo photos, 2D floor plan, hand-drawn sketches and/or elevations. 3D renderings are available upon request.
If an independent contractor is necessary, they would come in and quote the design once layout and basic selections have been chosen.
5. EXECUTION
Keys are handed over - or access to the home is discussed.
All materials and products are ordered. ETA's are received, trades and others confirm their dates and a timeline is solidified- but not binding.
The space will come together.
If decorating is included, it will be completed and set up in this stage as well.
6. COMPLETION
Photos will be taken of the space- either professionally or the designer may opt to take her own.
Your only job now is to enjoy your new space!

INTERIOR STYLING
Cohesively placing furniture and décor in one room, nevermind a whole home can be time-consuming and overwhelming for some. Briana has simplified the process and can do all the leg work for you! She has a terrific eye for colour, texture, and is well versed in creating balanced and practical spaces. Taking a lot of pride in her work, she will make sure she transforms your space into something you will genuinely love.
Typically, clients book a couple of rooms at once as it keeps the look and feel flowing continuously throughout their home. A 20% discount is applied to each additional room to encourage this.
To get started, fill out the questionnaire below and once submitted a preliminary meeting will be scheduled with you to discuss your project further. A deposit is required for the initial home consultation- $185.00.
There are 3 different Styling Packages below to chose from with varying price points.
*Priced per room, always. Furniture, Décor, Delivery Fees, Hardware, or other Professionals required for set up are not included in the package costs and will be additional.

Designer on Demand was created for clients who only have a few questions for a professional designer to guide them in the right direction on their renovation or “To-Do List”. This service has also been used regularly to just get a second opinion. Communication will be through video call, phone, or email.
